MAJOR MAESTRO: Top 25 Artists to Watch in 2015

2015 is just around the corner and we need to figure out which artists will make it and which ones will be soon forgotten as one-hit wonders. It is not enough that for artists to release one big hit, they need to be consistent in their ability to produce good music in order to remain popular and gather a fan base. And moreover record labels do not really stress only on good music, they also require that star quality image from their artists. We are mid way in our 2010s and so far artists such as Nicki Minaj, Drake, Kesha, Justin Bieber, One Direction, Selena Gomez, Calvin Harris, Tinie Tempah, Avicii, Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey, Bruno Mars and Demi Lovato have peaked and established themselves as artists that we need to consider (although I doubt Bieber's potential to remain as one). There were several artists who had chart topping hits in the past few years but I have selected the few, actually 25, whom I believe will continue to produce good music and entertain us in the future, particularly in 2015.

Iggy Azalea with her Song of the Summer Fancy takes the crown as her song Black Widow was also a global hit. In second place we have the radioactive Imagine Dragons who proved with their second and third singles that they were not just not another rock band to forget. John Newman is third and for good reason too, since we expect great things from Newman whose brilliant songs are backed by powerful vocals. At no.4 and 5 we have Ariana Grande and Sam Smith awho proved throughout the year that their potential is not limited to one song. So here are the 25 Top Artists to Watch in 2015:
